A 32-storey high-performance office tower in Jakarta designed to meet exemplary sustainability standards and foster workplace community. The building features a responsive façade with expressive shading elements that dynamically optimize daylight and thermal comfort in Jakarta’s tropical climate. Social gathering spaces are strategically placed throughout key levels, including outdoor terraces, sky lobbies, and communal lounges, to act as social activators, encourage interaction, and provide occupants with views over the city and surrounding landscape. The design prioritizes system integration, occupant wellness, and energy efficiency, positioning the tower as a landmark of sustainable urban workplace design in Indonesia.
