The project is a thoughtful townhome community that responds to Vancouver’s Urban Density plan and evolving “missing middle” housing needs. The project consists of a cluster of low-rise, wood-framed townhomes with direct street access and a central landscaped mews that fosters neighborly interaction. The design emphasizes Human-scaled residential living with strong connections to outdoor common areas and natural landscaping. Contextual integration into the existing neighborhood while adding gentle density adjacent to transit and amenities. Shared outdoor space and a “village green” concept that reinforces community and social interaction between residents.
