A mixed-use development of 33 apartments in the heart of Petersfield, adjacent to a railway station and designed as an iconic gateway to the town for visitors arriving by train. The prominent front gable facing the train station forms a key architectural feature, drawing inspiration from traditional local gables and the historic technique of jettying, reinterpreted in a contemporary way.Deeper into the site, residential units face a series of landscaped courtyards, tucked away from traffic and noise. The material palette incorporates red brick and clay tiles typical of the area, alongside terracotta ribbed tiles and render.
