A masterplan for a mid-rise residential community is proposed on a site currently used as a council depot and logistics base. The scheme promotes sustainable densification in response to local housing needs, transitioning from the neighbouring semi-detached and terraced housing to mid-rise housing blocks. Pedestrian links between surrounding green spaces and home-zone principles embed the proposal into the local fabric.
